Gorbachev is coming to the U.S. for "Chess for Peace." !!!!!

Chess will bring former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev and world champions Anatoly Karpov and Susan Polgar to an Oct. 29 gathering in Lindsborg, Kan.

Gorbachev and other political and chess dignitaries will take part in the event, which begins the yearlong Chess for Peace iniative. Activities will include a parade, a scholastic chess tournament, a match between Karpov and Polgar, a dinner and an address by Gorbachev.
