This has been all over the chess news, but in case you missed it, Anand is playing 64 people at once... with an interesting twist, an ebay auction involving the Internet Chess Club (ICC). Check it out:
Internet Chess Club Hosts Anand Charity Simul: "The world’s #2 ranked chess player, Vishwanathan Anand, is playing a simultaneous chess exhibition for in India against 64 opponents. Ten of them, the top bidders in an eBay auction, will play from anywhere in the world on the Internet Chess Club (“ICC”), the world’s premier online subscription chess service. All proceeds go to charity."
